A 50 pack of Nemtek 2mm stainless steel large tail hooks, the small link between a Nemtek spring tensioner and the bobbin it pulls against. What it connects
One end hooks into the Nemtek tensioner, the other into the insulator at the end of the strand. It works with the Compression Spring 1 (also sold as a box of 50), the Hybrid Compression Spring 2 and the Hybrid Compression Spring 1, and with flat bar bobbins and round bar bobbins. Nemtek's Compression Spring 1 instruction sheet names the spring hook as one of the ways to connect the spring.
Stainless steel, not galvanised
Nemtek makes the Large Tail Hook in stainless steel. An older Nemtek sheet lists it as "Spring Hook, Stainless Steel, Large Tail", which is the same part. Nemtek also makes a 2.5mm hook with a 90 degree bend; that is a different part and not what is in this pack.
How many do you need?
One hook per spring. Nemtek lists no pack size for the hook, so the 50 is our quantity, sized for a full fence with a tensioner on every strand and spares left over for repairs.
