A pack of 50 Nemtek coach screws with plugs, the fixing Nemtek makes for bolting its square tube electric fence brackets to a boundary wall. Each set is an 8 x 75mm hot dip galvanised steel coach screw, a nylon wall plug and a washer, so one pack covers the screws, plugs and washers for a run of brackets without three separate boxes. Nemtek lists the set as suitable for coastal use. It is not for mounting the energizer: the Nemtek Merlin Stealth, Wizord 4i and Druid energizers come with four nail-in anchors in the box.
What's in the pack
- 50 coach screws, 8 x 75mm, hot dip galvanised steel
- 50 nylon wall plugs
- 50 washers
Which brackets it is for
Nemtek makes the set for its square tube brackets and pairs it with its stay brackets.
Coach screw or nail-in anchor?
A coach screw turns into its plug and can be taken out again, so a bracket can be removed or moved. A nail-in anchor is hammered in. Nemtek supplies nail-in anchors with its energizers and lists the coach screw set for its brackets, so use each where Nemtek puts it.
Hot dip galvanised for the coast
The screw is hot dip galvanised steel and the plug is nylon, and Nemtek lists the set for coastal use. The full pack weighs 1.488kg.
