The Sentry 1 channel binary receiver is the DIP switch receiver for Sentry 403MHz binary remotes. You set its 12 DIP switches to the same code as your remotes and it works, with no learning step. It has one 1 Amp potential-free relay with a pulse (non-latch) output, ready for gate and garage motor triggers.
Which remotes work with it?
Sentry 403MHz binary DIP switch remotes, such as the Sentry 1 button binary remote and the 3 button binary remote. With a 3 button remote, DIP switches 1 to 3 on the receiver choose which button opens it. To add remotes later, set more DIP switch remotes to the same code, or copy one onto a Sentry self-learning remote.
Wiring
Connect 12 to 24V DC or 12 to 18V AC to POS and NEG, and the COM, NO and NC relay terminals to your motor's trigger input. The relay pulses on each press; it does not latch. Alectra Solutions supplies the receiver only.
How to tell it apart
The carton label reads NON-LATCH BINARY 403MHz. The 403MHz binary receiver has no colour sticker on the relay. Our quick guides in the photos cover connecting, setting the code, the DIP switch table and fitting.
Key features
- 12 DIP switch coding. Set the switches on the receiver to match your remote. No learning step needed.
- 1 and 3 button remotes. On a 3 button remote, switches 1 to 3 choose which button opens this receiver.
- Easy to add remotes. Set more DIP switch remotes to the same code, or copy one with a Sentry learning remote.
- 403.55MHz binary. Pairs with Sentry 403MHz binary remotes. The 403MHz model has no colour sticker.
- 1 Amp pulse relay. Potential-free COM, NO and NC with a pulse output, ready for motor triggers.
- Flexible power input. Runs on 12 to 24V DC or 12 to 18V AC.
