The Sentry 1 button binary remote is Sentry's fixed code DIP switch remote on 403.55MHz, the circuit board marked Sentry Binary One. You set the code yourself with the 12 DIP switches inside the case, so it can match your receiver or your existing remotes, with up to 4096 codes to choose from. It reaches about 40m and runs on one 12V A23 battery. For three buttons, see the Sentry 3 button binary remote.
Which receivers does it work with?
This remote pairs with Sentry 403MHz binary DIP switch receivers, such as the Sentry 1 channel binary DIP switch receiver 403MHz. It can also be the master code for the Sentry 1 channel learning receiver 403MHz.
Setting the code
Open the case and set the 12 DIP switches to the same positions as your receiver or your other remotes. There is no learning step: once the switches match, the remote works. To add more remotes later, set them to the same code, or copy this remote onto a Sentry 403MHz self-learning remote. Alectra Solutions supplies the remote only.
Battery and warranty
A red LED flashes on every press. The remote runs on one 12V A23 battery and carries Sentry's 24 month carry-in warranty, batteries excluded. In the photos it has a black case with one red button and a key ring slot.
