The Sentry 1 channel code hopping receiver adds Sentry remote control to a gate motor, garage door motor, alarm or lights. This is the 433.92MHz version, marked with a blue dot sticker. It learns up to 50 Sentry code hopping remotes and switches one 1 Amp potential-free relay. For 403MHz remotes, see the Sentry 1 channel code hopping receiver 403MHz.
Which remotes work with it?
Sentry 433MHz code hopping remotes, such as the Sentry 1 button code hopping remote 433MHz. Each remote is learned into the receiver with the learn button, and the buzzer and LED confirm each step. You can remove one lost remote on its own, or erase them all.
Wiring and settings
Power goes to the POS and NEG terminals: 12 to 24V DC or 12 to 18V AC. The relay has COM, NO and NC terminals that wire straight into the trigger input of most gate and garage motors. A jumper sets pulse (for motors) or latch (for lights and alarms). You can set the pulse time to 1.25 or 4 seconds, switch the buzzer off, and in latch mode have the relay remember its state after a power loss. For magnetic locks, add an extra relay or relay board. Alectra Solutions supplies the receiver only.
Mounting
Open the casing with a coin in the side slot. If you mount it outside, fit it with the antenna facing up and seal it with silicone. The manual and our quick guides are on this page and in the photos.
Key features
- Learns 50 Sentry remotes. Pair each remote with the learn button; the buzzer and LED confirm it.
- KeeLoq code hopping. The code changes with every press, so it stays hard to copy.
- Remove one remote. Delete a lost remote on its own without re-coding the rest.
- 1 Amp potential-free relay. COM, NO and NC terminals wire straight into gate and garage motors.
- Pulse or latch. Set with a jumper. Pulse time 1.25 or 4 seconds.
- Flexible power input. Runs on 12 to 24V DC or 12 to 18V AC.
