How heavy a leaf can the Centurion Systems VANTAGE 500 swing gate motor take?
It depends on the length of the leaf. Centurion Systems rates it as follows:
- Leaf up to 2.5m: up to 750kg
- 3m leaf: up to 550kg
- 3.5m leaf: up to 410kg
- 4m leaf: up to 310kg
On a leaf longer than 2.5m an electric lock is needed.
What is in the Wall Box
The Wall Box holds the Vx SMART+ controller, the charger, an isolator and the 12V 7.2Ah battery in one enclosure. The charger keeps the battery topped up from the mains.

The operator opens in 17.8 seconds, has a force of 250kgf and is rated for 250 operations a day.
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and the MyCentsys Remote app
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth (BLE) are built in, so you can work the gate from your phone with the MyCentsys Remote app. The receiver stores up to 1500 remotes.
