The Sentry A6 Max anti-theft bracket is the same bracket supplied in the A6 Max full kit, sold on its own. If you bought the basic Sentry A6 Max sliding gate motor kit, which comes without one, you can add it at any time. A properly fitted anti-theft bracket makes the motor harder to remove from the gate. It fits the Sentry A6 Max only.

This bracket is made for the Sentry A6 Max sliding gate motor and does not fit other motors. For other motors, use the bracket made for them:

Martin Electronics, who make Sentry gate motors, do not publish a separate spec sheet for this bracket, so we do not list a steel thickness or finish; the photo shows the bracket itself. You can collect it from our Hatfield or Wonderboom branch. Alectra Solutions supplies the equipment only.

No. It is made for the Sentry A6 Max only. Gemini and Centurion Systems motors have their own brackets.

I bought the A6 Max full kit. Do I need this bracket?

No. The full kit already comes with this bracket.

I have the A6 Max basic kit. Can I add the bracket later?

Yes. The basic kit comes without a bracket, and this is the one to add.

Does an anti-theft bracket stop the motor being stolen?

It makes the motor harder to remove from the gate. It is a deterrent, not a guarantee.
