The ET Nice DC Blue Astute is a sectional garage door motor with its battery built in: a 24V 1.5Ah lithium battery sits inside the motor, so there is no separate battery to mount. This kit comes with the motor, a 3.2m belt drawbar and two ET Blu Mix TX4 four-button remotes. It is rated at 1000N for sectional and trackless tip-up doors under 15 m². Prefer the DC Blue Advanced? See the sectional kit, the motor only or the Pico kit for double doors.

Safety beams are not included.
A garage door motor battery that is built in
The lithium battery charges fully in about 90 minutes. In a power cut, Nice rates it at about 70 cycles, or 48 hours on standby.
Which doors it suits
The Astute is rated for sectional and trackless tip-up doors under 15 m², with 1000N of force. The 3.2m drawbar in this kit is for standard-height doors; a taller caravan door needs the 3.7m kit, which this is not. Already have a DC Blue drawbar? The Astute works with existing DC Blue drawbars. The motor is IP20, so it is made to be mounted inside the garage.
Astute or DC Blue Advanced?
Both move the door at 8 m/min and use ET Blu Mix remotes. The Astute has the lithium battery built in, 1000N and a rating up to 15 m², and it is rated for under 20 cycles per 24 hours. The DC Blue Advanced is rated for 50 cycles per 24 hours, so for a door that opens many times a day, look at the DC Blue Advanced kit (single doors under 10 m²) or the Pico (double doors up to 15 m²).
Remotes and fitting
The ET Blu Mix receiver (433.92MHz) learns up to 35 remotes, such as the ET Blu Mix 4-button remote. There is no Wi-Fi or app. Alectra Solutions supplies the equipment only.
