This is a 12V 7Ah lithium battery (12.8V nominal) with LiFePO4, or lithium iron phosphate, chemistry and 89.6Wh of stored energy, for 12V backup use. The label rates it at 3.5A for both charge and discharge, with a 14V charge voltage and a 10.8V discharge cut-off. It is not a drop-in gate motor battery: Centurion Systems says lithium-ion batteries are not suitable for its D5-Evo SMART and D10 SMART motors, so check that your motor and charger allow lithium first.
Is this 12V 7Ah lithium battery suitable as a gate motor battery?
Not for a Centurion Systems D5-Evo SMART or D10 SMART: Centurion Systems states that lithium-ion batteries are not suitable for those motors. A LiFePO4 battery made for gate motors also has to deliver a 35A pulse for 3 seconds, while this battery's label gives a discharge current of 3.5A. For a Centurion Systems D5-Evo or D10, use a sealed lead acid battery such as the 12V 7.2Ah AGM gate motor battery or the Centurion Systems 12V 7Ah battery. For any other make, check with the motor maker that lithium is allowed.
Charging a LiFePO4 battery
Charge it at the label's 14V and 3.5A, on a charger that is set up for lithium. A charger made only for lead acid batteries may not suit it, so check the charger before you connect the battery.

Questions people ask
No. Centurion Systems says lithium-ion batteries are not suitable for the D5-Evo SMART and D10 SMART. Use a 12V 7Ah sealed lead acid battery instead.
Only if the motor maker allows lithium, and bear in mind that a gate motor LiFePO4 must deliver a 35A pulse for 3 seconds. This battery is rated at 3.5A discharge.
A charger set up for lithium, charging at 14V and 3.5A as printed on the label.
It is the energy the battery stores: 12.8V multiplied by 7Ah.
The label gives a discharge cut-off of 10.8V.
