Sentry, the brand made by Martin Electronics, says it learns and functions as the standard Nova remotes do. It sends Nova code on 433.925MHz, reaches about 40m and runs on one 12V A23 battery. Sentry remote or Centurion Systems Nova?
This is not a Centurion Systems Nova remote. It is Sentry's own Nova compatible remote, made by Martin Electronics. Sentry's wording is that it learns and functions as the standard Nova remotes do, and that is the only compatibility claim we make for it. If you are not sure your receiver takes standard Nova remotes, check its manual or ask us before you buy.
Learning it into your receiver
The remote is learned into the receiver at close range, so stand near the receiver while you or your installer do it. Sentry has no PDF manual for it; the how-to videos are on the Martin Electronics website (martin-electronics.co.za). Alectra Solutions supplies the remote only.
