This is the Centurion Systems CP80 PCB for the original D5 sliding gate motor, the model before the D5-Evo. Centurion Systems calls it the CP80 DC Motor Controller. It is a legacy part, sold as the board without an enclosure. The board pictured is the D5 version: the original D3 had its own version, so this one is not for the D3. It does not fit the D5-Evo, SMART or SMART+ either. For an original D5-Evo, see the D5-Evo PCB; for a D5-Evo SMART+, the D5-Evo SMART+ PCB. Pricing is shown to trade account holders after login.

Which motor does the Centurion Systems CP80 PCB fit?

The original D5 only. The D3 had its own version of the board, and the D5-Evo, D5-Evo SMART and D5-Evo SMART+ all use different controllers.
