Centurion Systems calls it the Foundation Plate, and it comes boxed with 3 studs, M10 half-nuts and M12 washers. The motor is not supplied with a base plate, so a motor-only installation needs one. The bigger D10, D10 Turbo and D20 use a different plate: for those motors, order the D10, D10 Turbo and D20 SMART base plate.
Which motors this base plate fits
The Foundation Plate fits the Centurion Systems D3, D5-Evo and D6 in both SMART and SMART+ versions, so it is the plate for the D3 SMART+, the D5-Evo SMART+ and the D6 SMART+. It does not fit every D-Series motor: the D10, D10 Turbo and D20 sit on their own, different foundation plate.

New plinth or existing plinth
On a new installation the base plate is set into a 25MPa concrete plinth. Where a plinth is already in place, for example when an old motor is being swapped out, the plate can be bolted down onto the existing plinth instead. Alectra Solutions supplies the equipment only. Buying a new D3 or D5-Evo motor?
The motor-only listings do not include a base plate. If you are buying a new motor and want the plate in the same box, the D3 SMART+ kit with battery and base plate and the D5-Evo SMART+ kit with battery and base plate already include the foundation plate, so there is no need to order this one as well.
