Is the D10 TURBO SMART+ right for your gate?
Only if the gate weighs 250kg or less. The Centurion Systems SMART+ manual sets 250kg as the maximum gate mass for the TURBO, and the warranty is void on a heavier gate. For gates over 250kg, look at the D6 SMART+ (up to 600kg) or the D10 SMART+ (up to 1000kg).
Speed, push force and standby
The D10 TURBO SMART+ runs at up to 43 m/min through a 20-tooth pinion, with 24 kgf starting and 18 kgf rated push force. It is rated for 750 operations a day at a 25% duty cycle. It runs on 24V from 2 x 12V 7Ah batteries, which are not supplied: add 2 x Centurion Systems 12V 7.2Ah batteries. For standby on battery, Centurion Systems lists 130/104 operations, or 189/150 with power saving mode on.
Origin Sensor and Marker
The Centurion Systems manual says the D10 TURBO SMART+ must be installed with an Origin Sensor and Marker. Check with the branch whether these come with the motor before you order.
Foundation plate, rack, app and security
The motor mounts on the D10 SMART+ foundation plate, sold separately, and rack is not included either. Gate limits, speeds and auto-close are set through the MyCentsys Pro app, and Wi-Fi is built in. Tamper detection is built into the motor. An anti-theft cage is an optional extra and is not part of this listing.
