Can I collect my order?
Yes. Choose collection at checkout and pick up at Hatfield or Wonderboom at no charge. LP gas can also be collected at Menlyn.
How does delivery work?
We send orders with The Courier Guy and you get tracking once the parcel is collected. Courier is R160 for orders up to 10 kg anywhere in South Africa. Heavier orders are priced by weight at checkout. Orders of R8,000 or more ship free when they weigh 10 kg or less.
Do you install?
No. Alectra Solutions supplies the product only. Tell the branch what you are fitting and we can point you to installers in Pretoria. For Centurion Systems products you can also find a certified installer at myinstaller.co.za.
Why do Centurion Systems products not show a price?
Centurion Systems products are sold through the professional trade channel. Apply for a trade account, and once it is approved you can log in to see your price on every Centurion Systems product. Homeowners can ask the branch for a formal quote.
