How to Return an Item

    Pack the Item

    Ensure the product is unused, in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.

    Ship the Return

    Use a trackable shipping method. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insuring high-value items.

    Receive Refund

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. A 15% handling fee is deducted from the amount paid. You will receive 85% of your original purchase amount.

Handling Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% handling fee deducted from the original purchase amount. This fee covers the costs of inspection, restocking, and processing.

Refund calculation: If you paid R1,000 for an item, your refund will be R850 (R1,000 − 15% = R850).

The handling fee does not apply to returns of defective or incorrectly supplied products. Those will be refunded in full.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
