The relay has COM, NO and NC terminals that wire straight into the trigger input of most gate and garage motors. A jumper sets pulse (for motors) or latch (for lights and alarms). You can set the pulse time to 1.25 or 4 seconds, switch the buzzer off, and in latch mode have the relay remember its state after a power loss. For magnetic locks, add an extra relay or relay board.
